How credits work
One standard minute is 60 credits. A minute of finished captioned output uses 60 credits. Four minutes of uploaded clipping source use 60 credits because the full source is analyzed. When motion graphics launches, one source minute will use 480 credits. The app shows the exact charge before processing.
Verified subscription activation and renewal replenish included credits to the plan maximum. They never add the allowance to leftover credits, and unused included credits do not roll over.
Payments and cancellation
If payment becomes late, failed, paused, or on hold, the account immediately returns to Free and new processing stops until payment is restored. Cancellation is non-refundable except where required by law; paid access continues through the subscription end date. Project history stays readable and unexpired exports remain downloadable.
