Subscription and credits
Basic, Pro, Studio, and Agency are recurring USD 19, 39, 99, and 199 monthly subscriptions with 7,200, 18,000, 54,000, and 108,000 included shared credits respectively. Included credits replenish to the plan maximum after verified activation or renewal; they are not added to leftovers and do not roll over. Caption output costs one credit per started rendered output second. AI Clipping costs one credit per started four-second block of verified source. Motion graphics is not included in Basic and is not yet available on any plan.
Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds
You may cancel through the customer portal after a subscription exists. Cancellation does not refund the current period except where applicable law requires a refund. Access continues until the paid subscription end date unless law or a serious policy violation requires earlier action. Late, failed, paused, or on-hold payments return the account to the Free plan and stop new processing until payment is restored, while saved history and unexpired downloads remain available. A completed full refund or an open or lost payment dispute may suspend paid processing immediately.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs you create. You grant Motionhorse and its disclosed processors a limited license to store, copy, transform, transmit, and analyze that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service within the published privacy contract.
Acceptable use
You must have the rights and permissions needed to process uploaded content. Do not use the service for illegal content, exploitation, harassment, privacy invasion, malware, impersonation, or infringement. Do not attempt to bypass credit, storage, safety, access-control, or rate limits.
Availability and retention
Completed exports are intended to remain available for 60 days, subject to service incidents and lawful removal. Source and editing assets have shorter or separate displayed retention periods. Download important outputs promptly. Motionhorse does not promise permanent storage.
Service limits and termination
Automated captions, rankings, crops, and exports can contain errors and require your review. The service is provided subject to capacity and technical limits. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, abuse, or material breach.
