Identity and account data
We receive the account details you choose to share during secure sign-in, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We store the account and project information needed to provide the service.
Billing
Checkout and subscription management are handled by a secure payment processor. Motionhorse stores subscription status, product, billing-period, and transaction-reference information, but does not store full card details.
Media processing
Private media may be handled by contracted storage, transcription, and analysis services only to complete the project work you request. Processing is limited to the media and project data required for that work.
Retention
- Caption originals are removed after a verified editing proxy is created.
- Caption editing proxies and prepared clipping assets are retained for 60 days under the displayed project deadline.
- Original AI Clipping uploads are retained for no more than 48 hours.
- Completed exports are retained for 60 days.
- Project settings, titles, timestamps, status, billing, credit, and audit metadata may remain after media expires so history and financial records stay understandable.
Security and access
Media storage is private. Temporary, account-scoped access is created only when an authenticated owner requests upload, preview, or download access.
Deletion and privacy requests
To request account deletion, access, or correction, contact the privacy address published for Motionhorse. Some billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained when required by law.
